Where we deliver

Orders placed through our website are currently shipped within the United Kingdom only.

We are working towards offering a full international checkout soon.

Order processing and cut-off times

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 3:00 pm will be dispatched within 3 working days, subject to stock availability.

Orders placed after 3:00 pm, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays will be processed within 3 working days.

UK delivery times

UK Mainland deliveries are typically next working day from dispatch.

Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands usually take 2–3 working days.

Shipping rates

Free delivery is available on orders over £50.

Orders below £50 are charged at £4.99.

The free delivery threshold applies to the full order value.

Tracking

Most orders are sent using a tracked service. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details where available.

For smaller or low-value items, we may use an untracked postal service to keep delivery costs down.

Stock availability and split shipments

Items that are in stock will follow the dispatch times above.

If your order includes items that are not currently available, we will hold the order and send it once everything is ready.

If you would prefer part of your order to be shipped sooner, please contact us. Additional delivery charges may apply.

Delivery details and failed attempts

Please ensure your delivery information is accurate and complete at checkout.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect details, additional charges may apply for redelivery.

Couriers may attempt delivery again or hold the parcel for collection if the first attempt is unsuccessful.

Delays and responsibility

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather, high demand, or courier delays.

Responsibility for the goods transfers once the order has been delivered to you or a nominated recipient.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

Please check your order upon arrival.

If there are any issues, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and, where possible, photos.

We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution in line with our returns policy.
