The Stein RCW3001 Lowering Device is a flexible rigging solution designed to operate as a standalone bollard or alongside a winch when lifting is required. It allows operators to lower loads independently while also enabling the RCWINCH to be attached or removed quickly without tools.

The load remains fully supported on the bollard during lowering operations rather than on the winch. This setup provides controlled lowering while allowing the winch to connect independently through a friction hitch and winch line for lifting tasks.

The large diameter drum and angled rope guides support efficient rope handling and quick wrap adjustment during operation. Supplied with protection rubbers for tree protection, the RCW3001 combines practical rigging control with adaptable lifting and lowering capability on site.
