The Stein RCW3001 Lowering Device is a flexible rigging solution designed to operate as a standalone bollard or alongside a winch when lifting is required. It allows the operator to lower loads independently, while also enabling the RCWINCH to be attached or removed within seconds without tools.
Additionally, the load remains fully supported on the bollard during lowering operations rather than on the winch. Because the winch connects independently via a friction hitch and winch line, the system allows controlled lifting, simple load transfer, and unrestricted lowering once the winch is disengaged.
